Ohla Eixample is our most urban boutique hotel. Located in l’Esquerra de l’Eixample district, the coolest neighbourhood in the world according to the Time Out international magazine thanks to its characteristic architecture where each block of flats features its own interior courtyard. Ohla Eixample is a dialogue between past and future. A dialogue between an old, anodyne office building and its rebirth as a luxury boutique hotel. Part of this metamorphosis can be seen in our 94 rooms: we’ve kept the old pillars and structures, which we’ve integrated using fine materials and painstakingly chosen furniture.

Quiet, light-filled and spacious, these rooms measure 25 m2 and come with all the comforts. They combine the soul of an industrial building with fine materials, painstakingly chosen furniture and a transparent shower with a rain system that is visible from the bed.
Located on the lowest floors in the building, they are the essential expression of our boutique hotel. Facing west, they have views of the typical inner courtyard of a block in Barcelona’s Eixample district, along with all the essential hotel services.

Comfortable and elegant urban design, high-quality furniture and ceramic walls inspired by the local tradition and culture. On the top floor of the building is our Suite, light-filled, spacious and brimming with details. A large bedroom with a dressing room connected to the bathroom, which has both a bathtub and shower. A sitting room with large windows encourages guests to enjoy the incredible terrace facing the sea, where they can have breakfast or simply take a break far from the hustle and bustle. Privacy, peace and quiet and spacious rooms merge with painstakingly chosen furniture from the leading brands and high-quality finishes.
Atic with terrace
A combination of the original exposed industrial structure with ceramic walls inspired by the local culture and tradition. Steel and clay. Furniture and carpets chosen with care over a continuous cement floor. Softness and hardness.
These extraordinarily light-filled rooms on the building’s east façade, which measure between 30 and 36 m2, showcase the city through their large windows, which beckon guests to go out onto the terrace for breakfast or to enjoy the murmur of Calle Còrsega. Junior suite
The perfect reflection of our idea of a room in a boutique hotel: original, authentic and filled with contrasts. Architectural elements from the building’s skeleton go hand in hand with design, technology and comfort. The outcome is a space that is at once both open and intimate.
A single space measuring between 36 and 40 m2 with a transparent shower with a rain system, visible from the bed, a bathtub, a sitting area and loads of light streaming in through the large windows which totally cover one of the room’s walls.
